Maggie focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate administration and litigation, and litigation involving health law.

Maggie grew up in Corpus Christi. She practices in the San Antonio office and represents clients throughout South Texas.

Maggie graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1987 and is licensed to practice law in Texas and in the United States District Courts, Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas. Maggie studied economics and finance at Baylor University and received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors in 1984. She is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, Bexar County Women’s Bar Association, San Antonio Estate Planners Council and Texas Association of Defense Counsel.

Maggie is the mother of four daughters. She has been an active leader in community grief support groups and serves on the Governing Board for the Children's Bereavement Center of South Texas. In her spare time she enjoys tennis, traveling and spending time outdoors.
