Maggie practices in a variety of areas including litigation, health law, contract disputes, probate administrations, managed health care, deceptive trade practices and debtor/creditor relations.

Maggie is an associate based in the San Antonio, Texas office. The firm has technology and personnel in place to link the three firm offices in order to maximize the effectiveness of our representation of clients and to allow quicker access to Texas courts, administrative offices and businesses.

Maggie graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1987 and is licensed to practice law in Texas and in the United States District Courts, Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas. Maggie studied economics and finance at Baylor University and received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree cum laude in 1984. She is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, Bexar County Women's Bar Association and Texas Association of Defense Counsel.

Maggie is the mother of four girls. She has been an active leader in community grief support groups and parent education programs. In her spare time she enjoys tennis, reading and traveling.
