Kenneth practices in a variety of areas including contract disputes, debtor and creditor matters, business formation, bankruptcy, personal injury, and general commercial litigation. His diverse background and former careers as an architect and a private investigator provide him with a wide range of analytical and interpersonal skills that serve him well in a broad-based litigation practice.

Kenneth is an Associate Attorney based in the Austin, Texas office. The firm has technology and personnel in place to link all three firm offices in order to maximize the effectiveness of our representation of clients, and to allow quicker access to Texas courts, administrative offices, and businesses. The Austin office provides our clients with efficient and effective access to the courts in the heart of Texas and to the administrative centers of the Texas government.

Kenneth is married to a wonderful woman and they have one beautiful, young daughter. When not practicing law, Kenneth enjoys serious home renovation and home improvement projects, carpentry, outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
