Kenneth is a Senior Attorney in the firm's Austin, Texas office, where he has practiced since 2003. He is originally from Houston and grew up in Spring, Texas. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Design (Architecture) from Texas A&M University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center. Kenneth represents clients ranging from large commercial businesses to private individuals in a wide variety of civil matters, including: building construction and engineering litigation, complex fiduciary and probate litigation, real estate disputes, debtor and creditor disputes, personal injury, and general commercial litigation. Kenneth's practice also includes a variety of transactional and administrative matters, including real estate transactions, wills and trusts, business entity formation, and representation of clients before State administrative boards.
