Harvey has more than twenty years of legal experience as a practicing attorney. Prior to joining Porter, Rogers, Dahlman & Gordon, P.C., he became the CEO of San lsidro Development Company, LC in January, 2008. He was a founding partner of the Law Firm of Upton, Mickits, Hardwick and Heymann, L.L.P. in 1996, with offices in Corpus Christi, Texas, and San Antonio, Texas. Harvey began his legal career in 1987 with Porter, Rogers, Dahlman, Gordon and Lee, where he became a shareholder in 1990. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Texas and a law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. Harvey also received his certification in Consumer and Commercial Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1996.
