Donald engages in an active civil litigation practice, predominantly representing defendants in tort claims involving products liability, serious injury or death, and in premises liability matters.  However, he enjoys the challenges inherent in many diverse practice areas, and he has gained valuable experience handling oil and gas, environmental and conservation issues. Donald's professional goal is to instill trust and confidence in his clients that their desired result will be timely and effectively accomplished.

Donald is an associate attorney with the law firm of Porter, Rogers, Dahlman & Gordon, P.C. in Corpus Christi, Texas, and prides himself in being a member of a team of capable lawyers who are proven leaders, both in the community and in their respective practice areas.

He sits on the Board of Directors for Duck Unlimited Texas, the Coastal Conservation Association and the Corpus Christi Young Lawyers Association. Donald is an active participant in the Texas A&M Association of Former Students and the 12th Man Association. He is also a member of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.

A former student of Texas A&M University, Donald graduated with honors after earning his bachelors degree in both History and Physical Anthropology. He subsequently obtained a doctor of jurisprudence from the University of Houston in 2001.

Donald is a committed conservationist, actively participating in various local and national groups that actively support the enhancement and preservation of our collective wildlife, fisheries, and natural resources. Donald relishes the opportunity to travel and pursue time outdoors, either hunting or fishing or by participating directly in habitat enhancement and restoration projects. He is proud to call Corpus Christi his home.
