Neil knew as a young boy he wanted to be a lawyer, and his diverse practice keeps him enthused. Besides title work and other oil and gas related matters*. Neil represents a Catholic school and other religious groups. On the one hand, he says he is helping produce petroleum products that benefit our country. On the other hand, he is representing religious organizations which he believes also improve our society. Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Texas and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. Neil is licensed to practice in Texas and the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar College and the Corpus Christi Association of Professional Landmen.
He and wife, Marcy, have four sons and attend the Corpus Christi Cathedral. He enjoys scouting, fishing and hunting. He is active in the community by sitting on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee - Boy Scouts of America - Gulf Coast Council; Board of Directors - Fullness of Truth Ministries; Board of Directors - Incarnate Word Academy; Stewardship Council - Diocese of Corpus Christi; Stewardship Committee - Corpus Christi Cathedral; and Sponsor Couple - Corpus Christi Cathedral.
